KAMMERFLIMMER KOLLEKTIEF AND DIETMAR DATH LIVE

In cooperation with the Nationaltheater Mannheim in the pop culture magazine Spex, the Jetztmusikfestival presents a live concert with Karlsruhe Kammeflimmer Kollektief and the author Dietmar Dath, whose novel WAFFENWETTER is also being staged in the Studio. 2009, Dath and the Kollektief created "Im erwachten Garten", an audio book of a different kind, in which music and dialogue merge into an ambient soundtrack. But the Kollektief impros, that simultaneously represent form and political utopia, are best experienced live: sounds between electronic and free jazz meet futuristic-visionary prose.

THE TOWER - EXHIBIT

"The Tower" was present as a pirate station at many different events in the past four years. Within the context of the exhibition, the station serves as a documental sculpture. Advertising material, various artistic works of partcipating artists and live shows are part of the presentation. Lutz Freser, Skafte Kuhn and Michael Strumpf are the participating curators and artists.
