If anyone has found a way to keep the people in constant motion, it's UMEK:
The Slovenian has inspired people as a DJ and producer for two decades, and is now a mainstay of the techno scene. His label 1605 is a huge success, and with more than 100 gigs a year he is among the busiest DJs in the world. He can be heard in clubs including Space in Ibiza, where he appears alongside notorious DJs such as Carl Cox.
But look out, not only has UMEK conquered the biggest and best festival stages, he also has his own radio show, called "Behind the Iron Curtain", which has become one of the best radio shows of the electronic music scene. Between all the gigs, releases and worldwide tours, UMEK there still finds the time to get involved socially: Every August he runs the charity event "Party with a Cause" to help underprivileged young people.
