Awareness
Social safety means being able to move freely, express yourself, and enjoy the music without fear of harm, exclusion, or disrespect. It means knowing that your boundaries matter and that you are taken seriously.
We are aware that not everyone experiences public spaces in the same way. For some people, feeling safe is not a given. That’s why social safety at Time Warp is not passive — it’s something we actively create together.
Visitors, artists, and crew all contribute to an environment where everyone can feel welcome and protected.
Time Warp stands for openness, respect, and responsibility. We want to offer a space where differences are accepted and individuality is valued.
Behavior that diminishes, excludes, or threatens others has no place here. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Discrimination or hateful language
- Harassment or intimidation
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or body shaming
- Unwanted sexual remarks, gestures, or physical contact
Whether verbal, written, or physical — any form of abusive or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Supporting or encouraging such actions is equally unacceptable.
Time Warp reserves the right to intervene whenever necessary to protect the safety and well-being of everyone on site.
A safer space is built collectively. If something feels off, trust that feeling.
If you witness or experience boundary-crossing behavior, or notice someone who may need support, you don’t have to handle it alone. Checking in, staying aware, or asking for help are all meaningful actions.
Our trained teams — including awareness staff, security, and first aid — are available throughout the event and are there to support you. All concerns are treated seriously and handled with care and discretion.
If you need immediate help, approach any member of the Time Warp crew on site. They will listen and connect you with the right support.
If speaking face-to-face doesn’t feel comfortable, there are discreet ways to reach out during the event. Information on how to contact our support teams will be visible at various points across the venue.
At entrances and exits, staff members are present to assist you — including if you need help leaving the venue safely.
Dedicated awareness teams are part of the Time Warp experience. They move through the venue and are available to talk, listen, or support you in moments of discomfort, confusion, or vulnerability.
If direct contact isn’t your preference, alternative options to get in touch with our teams are provided on site.
You are never a burden for asking for help.
Together, we shape a Time Warp where respect, awareness, and connection are part of the rhythm.
